Earl Niganobe
demonstrating a little sword play, Earl is a very accomplished Flintknapper.
First chance I get I will post some of his work.
This is Greg Obach,
giving us all a lesson on the anvil
Myself (Guillaume Côté),
trying my hand at forging a blade in Greg Obach shop during our 2 days rendezvous,
Greg was very knowledgeable with buckets of patience so we all learned alot from him, we certainly plan on doing this at least once a year
This is a picture of a Shamshir, Greg Obach is the maker.
It's a Persian sword. You can read up on this style of sword at this link Here
Greg very talented, he's a sword maker yes but, not limited to just swords,
I've seen some of his work and if I can convince him to part with a few of his knives just long enough for me to take a few pictures that I could post here for all to enjoy..........
Keep checking
Tom Coulis
Hamming it up blinding my wife taking pictures with the reflection of the sun off his well polished blade.
